- 5 / 5By Joe WorleyMy favorite BBQ place. Any BBQ on the menu is at least really good. The sauces they serve are good, but not necessary because the meat has it's own great flavors. For me, the best sausage I've had anywhere. Also one of the few BBQ places where you can get a nice thick slab of bologna (I know, you're thinking of some skinny slice of junk on a cheap sandwich... NO, a thick sliced of smoked bologna is a good thing). The sides are wonderful, I highly recommend the baked potato salad. Also get the Natty Flat beans, which is the regular side of beans but with a bit of shredded brisket and BBQ sauce on top. Make sure to try to save room for dessert, their pecan pie cobbler is outstanding, especially with some ice cream on top. They also have a nice selection of fudges and cinnamon rolls that are massive. I love near this place (thankfully) and it takes effort not to just go eat here 2 or 3 times a week.November 26, 2016
